I made this table out of poplar and walnut with a unique use of plywood called "Re-ply-wood" as a visual center.The table is just right for a sofa table or a bed side table. 18" square and 23" high.
A small drawer with a walnut and brass pull complete the front.
Looking at the top notice how the grain of the wood continues around the top. This is also true of the sides.
